Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of any unworn and unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your online order. All returned items must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging (dust bag, hangers, garment bag, all tags attached).
We do not accept returns of items with makeup stains or perfume smell. Please be careful when trying on clothes.
You can try the items without causing any damage. If the items have been used or are not returned with their original packaging, you will lose your right of return and the items will be returned to you.
Once your return is accepted, all returned items will be credited to the card used to purchase the items. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Pack the items you wish to return and include the shipping documents and/or your invoice in the package, as this will make it easier to identify and process your order. Place the return label, attach it to your sealed package and drop off your package at your nearest post office. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
EXCHANGES
